We guarantee you will be pleased with the quality of your painting. If you are less than satisfied, we will make it right or refund the purchase price of your artwork
If you are not fully satisfied with your oil reproduction, you may return it within seven days and we will refund the full amount of your purchase (less shipping and handling costs) or the artist will adjust the painting to your request. Please return the painting insured in perfect condition to our registered office.
All our paintings are shipped insured and in very strong, specially prepared cardboard tubes. In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, we will either replace your painting or issue a refund in full. If you purchase it streched, or with a frame, it will be protected to its fullest.
